…as Moyo Ogunlewe gifts ₦1m to best male senior staff member
Kosofe Local Government Area marked a milestone Monday as it hosted a tripartite celebration – retirement ceremony, thanksgiving service, and staff awards – for its 2025 retirees under the chairmanship of Executive Chairman, Barr. Moyosore Adedoyin Ogunlewe.
Retirees received deep freezers, cash gifts, and certificates of service presented by Mrs Williams Omowunmi, representing the Director of the Post Service Department, Lagos State Local Government Service Commission, who also delivered a career and welfare address.
The event’s centrepiece was Barr. Ogunlewe’s personal donations of ₦500,000 to each retiree and ₦1,000,000 to the best male senior staff member, a heartfelt tribute to decades of dedicated public service.
